Returns Policy

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Please contact me within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return or exchange your item. Your item then needs to be dispatched back within 30 days.

Items that cannot be returned

Unfortunately I am unable to refund the following items unless they are damaged or faulty.


Personalised items

When returning your item

Please ensure your item is returned in it's original gift bag/box and in suitable outer packaging (ie padded envelope or box). The item must be in it's original condition, unused and suitable for resale. If there are any signs of diminished value this will be deducted from the refund.

I would recommend using Royal Mail Recorded or Special delivery when returning your item so that it is fully insured. I am unable to issue a refund or take responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit when being returned.

If returning an item from outside of the UK please ensure that it is clearly labelled as a 'returned item' for customs purposes, to avoid unnecessary costs. Any customs fees incurred will be deducted from the refund.


If you wish to exchange an item there will be a postage fee to pay for the replacement item. There may also be either a refund due or a further amount to pay towards the exchanged item.


Items that have already been made will be shipped within 3 workings days. Items that are made to order are shipped within 7 -10 workings days. Personalised hand, feet and paw print jewellery is shipped within 3 weeks of prints being retuned to myself.
